1. Main controller: It is the command center of the automatic door. 2. Induction detector: responsible for collecting external signals, just like people's eyes, when a moving object enters its working range, it will send a pulse signal to the main controller;

3. Power motor: provide the main force for opening and closing the door, and control the acceleration and deceleration of the door leaf.

4. Door leaf travel track: Just like the rails of a train, the spreader wheel system of the door leaf is constrained to make it travel in a specific direction.

5. Door spreader running wheel system: used to hang the movable door leaf, and drive the door leaf to run under the power traction at the same time.

6. Synchronous belt (some manufacturers use V-belt): it is used to transmit the power generated by the motor and pull the wheel system of the door spreader.

7. The lower guide system: it is the guide and positioning device for the lower part of the door leaf, which prevents the front and rear door body from swinging when the door leaf is running.

When the door leaf needs to open and close the door once, the working process is as follows:

When the induction detector detects that someone has entered, it sends a pulse signal to the main controller. After the main controller judges, it notifies the motor to run, and at the same time monitors the number of revolutions of the motor, so as to notify the motor to increase power and enter slow running at a certain time. After the motor gets a certain operating current, it runs in the forward direction, and transmits the power to the timing belt, and then the timing belt transmits the power to the spreader system to open the door leaf; after the door leaf is opened, the controller makes a judgment. If the door needs to be closed, the motor is notified to react. Movement to close the door leaf.
