Installation of automatic door controller
The automatic door controller should be installed correctly by professionals according to the requirements of the instructions.
Power lines and motor power lines should use copper core sheathed cables with a diameter not less than 1.5mm2, and other control lines should use copper core cables with a conductor cross section not less than 0.5mm2. The live wire of the power supply should be connected to the L terminal of the controller, and the neutral wire should be connected to the N terminal of the controller.
The built-in fuse should use Ф5×20mm/6A fast fuse, and it is strictly forbidden to use the built-in fuse as a direct short circuit. The door head motor of the electric door should be connected to the P1 terminal block inside the machine. The alarm should be connected to the P4 terminal block inside the machine.
Other basic control lines should be connected to the P2 terminal block inside the machine. When installing the wiring, please refer to the wiring diagram attached to the product for correct connection.
Be especially careful not to connect low-voltage control wires to high-voltage terminals or to connect high-voltage control wires to low-voltage terminals. In addition to the items specified in this product, the wiring installation of the controller shall comply with the relevant provisions of the electrical safety operation regulations.
The installation position of the controller is selected according to the specific situation of the user and hung on the wall with five magnetic field interference. The installation height should not be less than 1.2m from the ground. The outgoing cables should be firmly fixed along the wall. Before turning on the power, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out on all the installation work, and the test machine can only be powered on after confirming that it is correct.
