The first & leading manufacturer making the interior swing door operator in China. With the constant pursuit of high high quality and diligent work, a group of professional technical engineers and a strong R & D team, we have expanded the product range into the full line of door & gate automation products and other door hardware series. For example, automatic sliding door, automatic revolving door, automatic gate openers and operators, automatic door sensors, automatic boom gates etc.

The main operator or control board for a swing gate system that is powered by a 127 Volt AC motor.
Key Features and Components it Connects To:
A typical 127V control box will have terminals for the following:
1. Power Input (LINE): Connects to a dedicated circuit from your main electrical panel (e.g., 120V AC).
2. Gate Motors (MOTOR A & MOTOR B): Powers the left and right swing gate motors. 127V AC motors are known for their high torque, making them suitable for heavy single or double swing gates.
3. Manual Controls:
· Push Buttons: For local operation.
· Key Switches: To lock/unlock operation.
4. Wireless Controls:
· Radio Receiver: Built into the board to learn and recognize transmitters (remotes).
5. Safety Devices (CRITICAL):
· Photo-Eyes (Beams): Stops and reverses the gate if an object breaks the infrared beam while the gate is closing.
· Loop Detectors: Buried wire loops that detect a vehicle and can be used for exit or safety reversal.
· Edge Sensors: Pressure-sensitive strips on the gate's leading edge that stop the gate upon contact.
6. Access Control Integration:
· Keypads: For code entry.
· Card Readers: For RFID cards or fobs.
· Intercom Systems: The control box receives a "trigger" signal from these devices to operate the gate.
What is a 127V Swing Gate Control Box?

It is the central "brain" and power management unit for an automatic swing gate system. It's a metal or plastic enclosure that houses:
· Transformer: Steps down standard household voltage (e.g., 120V/240V) to the 127V AC required by the 110V AC gate motors.
· Control Board (PCB): The microprocessor that processes commands from remotes, keypads, safety devices, and access control systems and Bluetooth, WIFI control
· Terminal Strips: Connection points for all the wiring (motors, safety devices, controls, power input).
· Capacitors/Relays: Components that provide the initial power surge to start the motors and manage direction.
